SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative is a key component in the success of our Company. A skilled representative has a complete knowledge of product and services and is able to guide the customer through the order process, contribute to customer growth and retention, and handle any disputes in a professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bi-lingual Spanish required.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
